ʻĀina Wash Co. provides professional exterior pressure washing and soft wash cleaning services on Oʻahu, Hawaii. By requesting or scheduling services, you agree to these terms.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, size, or accessibility of the property differs from what was described. Any changes will be communicated before work begins.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
You agree to provide safe access to all areas requiring cleaning. Please remove or secure vehicles, outdoor furniture, and fragile items before our arrival. Āina Wash Co. is not responsible for items damaged due to failure to prepare the area.
An outdoor water source (hose bib) must be available on the property. Standard residential water usage during cleaning is the responsibility of the property owner.
Āina Wash Co. is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions revealed during cleaning (such as failing paint, cracked concrete, or aging sealants). Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, provided it falls within the original scope of work.
We use environmentally responsible cleaning solutions and are committed to stormwater compliance. Customers agree not to request chemical applications that would violate state or county environmental regulations.
